Return & Refund Policy

Boulevard Service & Repair

Boulevard Home Furnishings honors all manufacturers' warranties associated with the merchandise we sell. Boulevard will pay for service within our 50 mile local service area with no additional charge during the manufacture warranty period. If you live outside our local service area you may bring in any item(s) needing service to our Distribution Center at no additional cost. Most warranties only cover product used in single family residential homes.

Furniture Warranty

All furniture warranties apply to the original purchaser and to furniture that has received normal residential use and proper maintenance. We reserve the right to require carry-in warranty service on small or lower cost items. We warrant all new furniture that we sell to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of the original delivery. This warranty does not include items sold as-is. During this period we will, at our option, repair or replace any furniture containing a manufacturing defect. If item is replaced, old product must be returned. The Boulevard reserves the right to decide the appropriate remedy. We reserve the right to inspect the furniture in your home, and if possible, make repairs there. Boulevard adheres to any manufacturers' warranties that extend beyond the 1-year period. See store for details & any charges that may apply.

Commercial or Rental Use

Residential use excludes items that have been used for commercial purposes, public rental or use in multi-family housing. Items used for commercial purposes will be warrantied for a period of 90 days for any factory defect.

Mattress Warranty

We strictly adhere to the manufacturers' warranties. All manufacturers' warranties require mattresses to be stain-free and queen and king mattress sets be placed on a frame with a rigid cross-center (frame-to-floor) support. (See caring for your mattress brochure for complete details).

Electronics and Appliance Warranty

Electronics and appliance products are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties and if purchased, Boulevard Performance Guarantees. Removal and reinstallation of wall mounted and custom installed TV’s is your responsibility. Please call our customer service department for authorized service of your product.

As-Is, Clearance Merchandise

Boulevard Home Furnishings does not offer any warranty on non-mechanical as-is merchandise, except for applicable manufacturers' warranties. As-is appliance and electronics products carry a limited 90-day Boulevard warranty. If within 90-days from date of purchase, your product fails, we will at our discretion, either (1) repair the product, or (2) allow you to return it at full purchase price. All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges. As-is merchandise must be paid for and picked up within 24 hours, or scheduled to be delivered on the next available delivery truck.

Satisfaction Guarantee

"If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from the Boulevard within 14 days, you may exchange the item or return it for a full refund." We offer Performance Guarantees (BPG) to protect your appliance or electronic products well beyond the manufacturer's limited warranty. With your purchase of a BPG, service is only a phone call away. Performance Guarantees can be purchased up to the end of the full manufacturers' coverage period. See store for details. Fabric and Leather Protection is available to help guard your furniture against food and drink spills, and other potential stains. Professional application of these products ensures complete protection to the item, including welts, decking and pillows (fabric & leather protection must be applied before delivery). In order to receive full credit for your return, the merchandise must be in "like-new" condition. Electronic products must be returned in the original box and packaging with all manuals and accessories. “Like new” condition includes, but is not limited to: no signs of wear and tear, scratches, nicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage/odor or missing parts and accessories. Special orders and items requiring installation such as built-in appliances, floor and window coverings are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and are not returnable. Some items are nonreturnable as marked on tags such as pillows, mattress pads, etc. (see details under 100 Night Sleep Guarantee). If merchandise is picked up and returned by our delivery team, a $35 pick-up charge will be assessed. An additional fee will be charged if the pick-up is outside our local delivery area. If you return your merchandise using your own vehicle, there will be no additional charge. Refund checks are issued within 10 days. Refunds on bankcards are credited back to the bankcard. Built-ins, delivery and installation charges (where applicable) are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
