Customer Service Coordinator

As a customer service coordinator applicants will need to have strong phone, computer, communication and interpersonal skills as they work with our customers and team members on a daily basis. They will need to have a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Applicants will need to work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels throughout the company, in both a warehouse and office setting. They will need the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and be able to work in a flexible manner that allows for changes in assignments, departments and hours as needed. Applicants will need strong decision making and analytical abilities as well as a pleasant patient and friendly attitude. Experience in customer service or help desk preferred. Applicants will need to be able to work a flexible schedule Monday – Saturday with a day off during the week, which will be 8 hour shifts varying between 8am and 8pm.

 

Store Warehouse

Applicants need to be able to lift and move heavy furniture and appliances during their whole shift. Applicants will be working in our Store Warehouse loading furniture into customers’ vehicles, assembling furniture, setting up for special sales, and helping out many other departments and team members. Applicants need to be a self-starter and have good communication skills as they work with other team members. Applicants will need to be able to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week. Applicants will need to be available from 8am – 8pm as they will be working some 8 hour shifts in the mornings and some 8 hour shifts into the evenings each week.

 

Administrative Assistant / Promotions Coordinator

As the Administrative Assistant / Promotions Coordinator applicants will be responsible for the following: Media scheduling, working with advertising budgets and contracts, maintaining a detailed promotions calendar, compiling reports, graphs, charts, and regularly taking minutes in the Advertising Meetings. Applicants will be expected to have an exceptional attitude, be extremely organized and detail oriented, efficient in Excel, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They will be in charge of promotions which include private sale food, hotdogs, radio remotes, etc., along with supervising those team members who come in to assist during promotions. Applicants will need to be able to work Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm and Saturdays during promotions. Pay for this position will be $12 per hour or more depending on experience.

 

Furniture Sales

Applicants must have the ability to communicate successfully with Customers and Team Members, and have exceptional customer service skills. Applicants must be detail oriented, be a self- motivator and a quick learner. Applicants must have basic computer skills, and be able to work in a team atmosphere and have a positive attitude. Previous retail sales experience would be helpful. Hours for this position is full-time Monday thru Saturday with a day off during the week and additional hours as needed for Sales and Holidays. You will need to be flexible to work any 8 hour shifts Mon-Fri between 8:30am – 8pm  and Saturdays from 10am – 7pm.
